Kirk Aamot is Director of Choral Activities at Montana State University where he teaches choral conducting and choral methods while conducting the MSU Chorale and Montanans. Before moving to Bozeman, Kirk had the privilege of conducting youth, high school and church choirs in Michigan, Colorado and Minnesota. When he isn't teaching or composing, he enjoys playing golf and going on hikes with his family.
